As part of this class, you will visit a local market, choose your fresh ingredients you will use on your cooking class, and learn to cook a flavorful Dish.

It was an amazing experience in a amazing setting and great atmosphere. We got to cook a lot of dishes in a very authentic way and learned many tips and tricks on cooking in general from a real chef as well as insights on cooking and food culture in Morocco. Chef was amazing! We felt spoiled! We left soooo full and cheeks aching from smiling and chewing. Best cooking experience we have had! Just be aware of a 40-minute transfer from Medina.

My husband and I had the BEST experience at this cooking class. The setting was so lovely. The kitchen was located in a beautiful garden surrounded by pomegranate and olive trees. The chef was so talented and gave us a good lesson on Moroccan spices. But best of all the food was delicious! Can’t wait to try some of these recipes at home!!!!
