The wonders of the Atlas Mountains is a new way of discovery the real life style of the locals and experience some hiking, camel ride and mule ride higher in the mountains. It is a alternative way of going outside Marrakech and get in touch with the beautiful Atlas mountains with its splendid snowy peaks. Sharing a cup of mint tea with a local family will stay as one of the highlights of the day.     Imlil is the main start point for many treks and hikes through the Atlas Mountains. Here you will also a nice hike crossberber villages and see nice waterfall in Toubkal valley. After the walk you will be led to have lunch at a local family house. After lunch you will complete the circular walk ba k to the main center of Imlil to. Meet your driver to Marrakech.

Nous avons fait ce trip avec mon mari au sein des villages berbères et des montagnes de l'atlas. Les points de vue sont à couper le souffle. Laissez vous guider, le guide est expérimenté et s'accommode à votre niveau. Une expérience à faire et à réserver sans hésitation si vous venez au Maroc. Merci à Atlas vertical travel.

Une très belle randonné au départ d'Imlil. Des belles rencontres autour d'un thé à la menthe et un déjeuner délicieux chez l'habitant. Noyers et pommiers en fleur au long de notre parcours.

Our guide was lovely. He took us camel riding, to an argan oil collective, up to a water fall and finally on up to his family home at the foot of mount toubkal. The food was amazing and included. The whole experience was great value. Note that the walking is not quite as hardcore as the photo suggests (of the hikers with all their gear on).
