You should remove all information about the climbing goats. It has been forbidden in Morocco to continue the very cruel practice of photographing these poor animals. To allow tourists to photograph them, the goats were tied to the trees for up to 20 hours straight. To even mention them in the advertisement for the excursion is both unethical and misleading. So stop mentioning them at all. If this is not done, I will move on.
Furthermore, you should take the bus drivers by the ear. We got an email at 11 o'clock in the evening that they could not pick us up at the hotel in the morning. The bus couldn't get around because of too crowded streets. Lie and damn poem. We stayed at Riad Saba and there is a large parking lot right outside! After a lot of parlaying and an Arabic speaking call from reception they picked us up. It's so easy. It was worse on the way home. Then there was too much traffic as a reason. We were simply dumped in a completely unknown place . It was dark and in Marrakesh there are almost no street signs. We swirled around for an hour before we finally arrived at Riad Saba. This way must not continue. The driver and the guide made themselves comfortable instead of helping the customers and this is an inconvenience to be immediately curbed. Give them a proper reprimand. Customer comfort should take precedence over theirs.
