Our cooking classes are a real happiness for the culinary tradition's lovers: organization of the meal, choice of recipes, cooking on wood fire, even the used utensils (pottery), remind us how was the Moroccan cooking a few decades ago, and the way it's still applied in the region far from the big cities.

We had a wonderful experience with Aicha and Abderrazzak making the lamb tagine with prunes, aubergine salad and Moroccan bread. A way to learn how to cook authentic dishes, the best tagine that we ever tasted! We also learned how to pour the mint tea and got plenty of helpful tips. I would highly recommend this class!

Nous avons pris un cours de cuisine chez Aïcha, et c'était vraiment génial ! Le cours de cuisine est privatif (nous étions 2) et se fait en compagnie d'une interprète (une jeune fille super d'ailleurs), chez Aïcha elle même, au cœur de la médina. On a cuisiné une soupe harira, un couscous t'faya, des crêpes mille trous, des petits gâteaux au sésame, et un thé à la menthe, que l'on a dégustés ensuite tous les 4 pour le repas du midi. Tout était absolument délicieux ! Une expérience authentique à Marrakech et loin des sentiers battus !
