For some Hotels and Riads in the old medina which are not accessible by mini-bus the pick up will be at the nearest point that we provide.
Pick up details are shared with all our travelers in the day before via WhatsApp, please make sure that you provide us with a working WhatsApp number.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

We booked the package with the quad biking and dinner show and had a brilliant time from start to finish, we had a lovely driver called Abdel which made the experience even better. The staff were amazing, the place had such a vibe when having dinner and the food was great. We would definitely do it all over again! :)
