    A scenic drive from Marrakech over the highest mountain pass of North Africa (2,269 meters) Tizi-N-Tichka, where you will have fascinating views of the High Atlas walls. Continue until you reach the famous Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, the fortified clay city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Studded with crenelated towers and decorated with geometrical patterns, it is truly one of the world’s cultural treasures. Test your camel riding skills with plenty of laughter (optional), have a lunch break (optional) and relax in a typical Ait Ben Haddou restaurant with great panoramic views of the kasbah that will take you to a world where time seems to stand still. Drive back to Marrakech later in the afternoon while crossing the High Atlas Mountains. Drop-off at your hotel in Marrakech in the evening, not just with photos you've captured, but with stories and memories of personal encounters with the indigenous people and a good sense of the beauty and hospitality of the Moroccan desert.

Superbe journée passée avec transport privé. Notre chauffeur Hamza a été vraiment super! Très discret et très attentionné. Il nous a acheté des bananes fraîches avec de l'eau le matin. Après le lunch il a changé les bouteilles pour des froides. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre journée en sa compagnie. Notre guide à Ait Ben Haddou etait Ali. lui aussi était vraiment super. Il a donné de belles informations. Nous recommandons cette activité qui est à voir absolument !

We absolutely loved the trip, don't mind 3h drive as you will be stuck to the window absorbing the mountains, culture and nature. Our driver Hamsa, made the stops on the most interesting parts of the trip to get refreshments and pictures. Ali our tour guide was amazing, from the local berber family, fluent in English and gave us a tour to the family house that is still living in Kasbah.

We booked the private tour as we are travelling with a baby. Our driver, Hamza, was so patient and kind, always anticipating our needs and making sure we were comfortable. Our Berber guide, Ali, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Ait Ben Haddou is just beautiful and it was worth the drive. This tour made it manageable for us to see it so thank you :)
