  • If you have booked a Riad in Old Medina, please expect a short walk because some of the streets are inaccessible by car.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Booked transfer from the airport to the hotel. Excellent service. The driver was waiting even before we arrived. It took a while for our luggage to come through but he waited patiently, messaging us to let us know that he was waiting and for us not to worry.

El traslado fue genial ,agradezco al chofer su amabilidad y su paciencia porque llegamos a las 9h30 de la mañana pero en el control de pasaportes hemos tardado más de una hora y ahí estaba el chofer esperando ,es de agradecer.
