  • If you have booked a Riad in Old Medina, please expect a short walk because some of the streets are inaccessible by car.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Khalid was waiting for us outside the airport he was polite and explained us a few things about Marrakesh, what to do and not to do the service he provided was absolutely top notch !

The driver was excellent. However he wasn’t there to greet us, we got a video telling us where to meet him via WhatsApp - this caused lots of confusion as it was the wrong video. It got sorted but it was an inconvenience. Surprised that there wasn’t a bottle of water provided in the car, always had this with other transfers.
