The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The transfer was really good. The vehicle was clean and as expected. The main reason for not giving a 5 star was due to the child seat condition and it being faulty, buckle was faulty so did not close and was easily pulled apart. Our driver drove well and offered a service stop and was polite.
