Amazing food and company! Loved picking our own ingredients at the farm and hiking the grounds to see all the cool spices and medicinal herbs. My youngest son loved making the tortillas. He was so proud!

Alan was our guide and we were lucky that it was just us on the tour. He was amicable and explained lots of interesting facts to us and answered the many questions we had- he was easy going, professional and knowledgeable and we got on very well. We toured town in a comfortable car, got out at a park and then headed into the countryside. The ‘farm’ was great and we’re introduced to the animals before picking our food for our cooking experience. We had an amazing day- cooking, chatting and eating. Loved the day and would highly recommend it. Thanks Alan

We had an amazing experience on the Local Flavor Tour with our guide Harold, driver Esteban and chef Stephanie. Harold was incredibly knowledgeable about Costa Rican cooking, agriculture, wild-life, culture and politics. He answered all our questions and accommodated our 5 month old baby. The food we cooked was delicious and the farm was an idyllic setting for our experience. In addition to the cooking, we got to tour Quepos market and did a hike at the farm to learn about the local produce and wild life. This is an exceptional tour and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
