    Explore the pristine natural beauty of this “World Famous” National Park filled with exotic wildlife such as monkeys, sloths, birds, reptiles and butterflies. The hike will start around 7:30am where you will be taken through well defined trails. A bilingual nature expert will guide you into what is considered the most beautiful national park in Costa Rica. Endemic squirrel monkeys, white tailed deer, howler and white faced Capuchin monkeys along with sloths and a large variety of flora can be easily spotted. You cannot miss the famous Costa Rican Garrobos. After this amazing and educational walk, you will enjoy a 30 minute leisure stop at the 3rd beach where a fresh and nutritive snack will be served. There will be time for rest or swimming.

Excellent tour with Alan. He was so knowledgeable. Every stop we learned something amazing about the animals or habitats. He knew everything and explained things on simple terms. We kids ranging from 15-18. We were all entertained and enjoyed the morning walking one of the famous rain forest in the world. Amazing!

A good tour, but the park was really crowded and the tour guide just followed the main paths and followed the cues of other tours. We did get to see both two-toed and three-toed sloths, though, as well as a ton of very up-close monkeys.

Our guide Tyrone was an absolute delight! He was informative, knowledgeable and very friendly. He took time pointing out less obvious sightings and enjoyed sharing his love of wildlife with us. You are lucky if you get him as your guide.
