This is your magical one day retreat on vacation! A day of wellness combining yoga, waterfalls, blue clay experience and a unique cultural lunch in a local woman's home. This an opportunity to visit an area that is close to Manuel Antonio but feels so far away. This excursion is off the beaten path and the intention is to experience the rainforest without the hustle and bustle or crowds you can get elsewhere. We are committed to supporting the locals who have maintained a simple lifestyle in the countryside by sharing meals in their homes. Chorro Ecolodge is a family run place that makes you feel at ease and at peace in nature. It has a stunning rancho with a yoga platform overlooking the Naranjo River and you can take a plunge in the waterfall while listening to Toucans and observing the blue morpho butterflies!

What an incredible experience! We loved doing yoga in the jungle in a beautiful studio. Cara was great! She tailored the class to our needs and had a calming and cheerful energy. Alberto was amazing! He took us to the waterfalls and helped with the clay masks which was so fun and unique. We swam and hung out, then had a delicious lunch at a locals house. It was such an authentic experience. we felt so comfortable and relaxed the whole time. No pressure with schedules. Overall such an amazing time!

The entire experience was great! The yoga session was so relaxing with the rain forest sounds and river surrounding us. The walk down/up to/from the waterfall might be tricky for some (steep, rock path and steps) but you are rewarded with the beautiful little waterfall and use of the blue clay. Fun! Dona Luz welcomed us into her home and helped us make tortillas. The luncheon was delicious-a real authentic Costa Rican meal. Driver Alberto was wonderful and knowledgeable about the area. He even stopped at a few shops for us on our return trip. Thank you for a wonderful day!

I did the (Hiking, Chocolate & Yoga) in different times, I would like to say that every experience has a different kind of magic, at least it was for me. Hiking in the forest with the guide Alberto was so cool and calming, he has a beautiful energy, he is kind heart person, so knowledgeable of every detail during the tour, always able to help you and taking care of you, thank you so much Alberto! It was amazing, being relax in the waterfall surrounded by nature, it felt like a dream. Doña Corona's lunch, so tasty and delicious and her tortillas were the best!!! Chocolate, with Kerry, OMG!!! It was so nice & delicious!!! I loved the tea. And finally Yoga with Kerry, no words to describes how that yoga class was, thank you so much Kerry, my heart was full of grace in every breath. Additional to that, Doña Luz's lunch, OMG, I ate like crazy, tasty, tasty and delicious haha!... The best experiences, the places are so magical and you definitely have to visit it. Thank you so much Cara for creating this. Namaste.
