Kenneth was an incredible guide on our night tour. He is extremely knowledgeable about all of the plants and animals in the forest and we were able to spot so many on his tour including a giant stick bug, two sleeping toucans (my personal favorite!), a pair of tiny frogs, and much more! He was also very skilled at taking pictures for us through his telescope of the animals we found (see below). As a bird enthusiast, I was also very impressed with his knowledge of the birds of costa rica in particular. Although we (nor any of the other many groups on tours that night) were not able to find a sloth, he was willing to spend time looking for one as we let him know that was important to us. Kenneth was kind, friendly, patient, and I cannot recommend him enough for anyone interested in a night tour!

Me and my partner went for a private evening hike in the dark and it was amazing. Kenneth was a really good guide with lots of wildlife experience, he knew where to look for all the exotic animals we were interested in seeing and told us a lot about what we saw which increased the total experience a lot. We saw snakes, tarantellas, ants, toucans sleeping monkeys etc. Overall a fantastic experience and definitely something I would recommend. Cheers, Eric

We did our forest night walk in Monteverde with Kenneth and LOVED IT! Make sure you wear closed toe shoes because otherwise you'd be paranoid when Kenneth points out all the vipers around with his good eyes! haha seriously, he pointed out so many creatures in the pitch black forest. Kenneth is super knowledgeable about the forest and its creatures and answered all our curious questions. Also, he's a great photographer. He helped me snap all my photos during this activity and they look super pro using my iphone!
