Glen was great, extremely friendly ...gave the kids boogie boards for free and we also rented the beach umbrella and chairs

amazing lesson! they waste no time, and i got to surf so many waves. when i went it was 1:1 instruction (less tourism in august, not sure if it’s always like that!) and i really enjoyed it! they’re great at giving you detailed ways to get better each time you get on the board. 100% my favorite thing in costa rica!

Before you even get started, make sure and be prepared to tell all the other surf vendors who may approach you that you already have a reservation with Glen. They will direct you to his canopy on the beach. They were very patient instructors. It was a great time even though my balance issues defeated their great instructions.
