It was very hard indeed to find the booked Horse Carriage. There was no contact telephone nummer. Tried to chat, but got no response. With extensive assistance from kind persons from other horse carriage firms we succeed after hard work to find someone from the right firm. He aggreed to drive us. The trip did not as announced last 25 minutes, but only 13 minutes. It was definitely not a good experience and not worth the money.

Kevin was a very personable and informative driver. Very courteous and positive. He was excellent in his carriage and customer handling. There was no wait and he explained to us the benefits of purchasing a longer ride.
