This was a very chilled experience. Our driver Noah was very polite and knowledgeable and asked if we wanted the park info or wanted him to be quiet. We chose the info and it was very informative. Noah stopped along the way for our own photos and Noah also took some for us. His horse was called Punch and he was in very good condition. It was a lovely experience.

The drivers themselves are absolutely lovely. The carriages are adorable, and the horses are so sweet. The company itself is absolutely disgraceful. I booked in advance a one hour long carriage ride for my anniversary, and when I got there, I was told I would only get 20 minutes. When I called the company to figure out what was wrong I got yelled at on the phone and was told I would be refunded and that I would then need to just find someone who would take me for an hour and pay them directly. I have yet to receive my refund a week and a half later.

It was a little short (around 20’), too expensive for the price. I would miss a little more information
