The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our driver was Junior Ali and from the very outset he made the 1 hour transfer trip back to Nadi Air Port effortless and enjoyable. Junior engaged in conversation when asked questions and offered insights into Fiji but also did not infringe our our privacy.
I highly recommend EPIC TRANSFER & TOURS (FIJI) and especially Junior ALI as your driver.

I recently used this airport transfer service provided by Intercontinental Resort, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free.
The driver Junior ALI, arrived on time and was courteous and professional.
The vehicle was very comfortable, with ample space for luggage and a smooth ride.
The driver was pleasant which made the journey enjoyable. He was friendly and helpful, assisting with our luggage and ensuring we had everything we needed.
He also provided interesting conversations about Fiji and its culture and history.
This transfer service was efficient, reliable, and comfortable—everything you hope for when you're heading to catch a flight. I highly recommend this service to anyone who wants a hassle-free airport transfer.

Booked return airport transfers to the Intercontinental Resort, and the service from Navin was superb. The flight was delayed, and the customs process took a little bit of time as there were other international arrivals at the same time, however, our driver was there with signage and off we went. We asked if we could stop at a supermarket en route to grab some essentials and this wasn't a problem.
Our return trip was an early morning 05:30am collection, and Navin was on hand again to get us back to the airport.
Our flight times changed a couple of times as well, and the team were easy to contact via email and WhatsApp.
Stress-free, great value and highly recommended.
