  • Baby car seat is free of charge and is only available on request.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

ALIPATE RAIMOU aka Albert is amazing. Friendly and super accommodating. Albert kindly drove us to the Intercontinental and picked us up to take us back to the airport at the end of our trip. Highly recommend. We will definitely reach out to Albert for our next trip.
