  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Drivers was waiting for us, despite 45min late arrival. Stopped for supplies on way to hotel. Again, driver waiting at checkout and faultless service back to airport. Clean cars, friendly drivers, and nice to get a confirmation email the day prior each time.

Our driver was waiting in the airport lobby as we were existing the secure zone. The trip was uneventful, which is good. The driver kindly stopped at a supermarket upon our request.
