This company is amazing! They are punctual, friendly, informative and their customer service is above and beyond. I had an issue with a flight delay when my driver, Heemash, picked me up at 4am. I was going to miss my connecting flight booked on a separate airline. He helped me remain calm and kindly offered to let me use his wifi to make the necessary arrangements. He helped me look things up as needed and when I wasn't finished with the new booking upon arriving at the airport, he stayed with me to continue using his wifi. He let me hold on to his phone and patiently waited over a half hour at the airport with me to make sure everything was ok. All on his birthday! The ride down was also wonderful and the driver told me all about Fiji. I highly recommend this company!
