If sipping Champagne while cruising down The River Seine is your idea of heaven, this champagne tasting cruise will be a highlight of your trip to Paris! The Champagne will be flowing as you cruise down the River Seine past some of Paris' most famous monuments. Combining a sightseeing cruise and Champagne tasting, you'll enjoy a champagne presentation by an expert sommelier, held in a private area at the front of the boat while you cruise along the Seine. Nice overview of the 3 champagnes that we sampled and our host was lovely. Would have liked a little history of the main sights that we passed but it was a very pleasant experience.

This was a wonderful way to get to know Paris on our first night there. The sommelier was especially knowledgeable and excited about his job plus gave us some excellent recommendations for Paris. He spent time with every group carefully explaining each of the three champagnes we tried and invited people to get up and walk around while there. As other reviews mentioned this is in the front part of a split ship. The front part was reserved only for the champagne tasting group. The group was a little larger than I expected at 20 people where the booking made it seem it’d be a bit smaller. However, the sommelier did a great job regardless. We also did the evening option in November so obviously it was dark and not open air due to the sunset time and the temperature. Also, this is not a tour but a tasting but any questions we had about buildings were eagerly answered by the sommelier. Still very enjoyable but good to know these things before booking! Show up on time based on the confirmation email NOT the event booking!

My husband & I had a blast on this tour! We did this tour our very first evening in Paris & it gave us a good idea of the overall layout of some popular Paris sites. It was really awesome getting to see the city light up as darkness fell. There were three different champagnes to try, and we ended up having about 2 glasses of each champagne. Our guide was great and provided some nice insights to the city. The meeting point was very easy to find. This tour was well worth the price!
