  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Tour guide was Wesley and he communicated prior to tour, providing contact details also. We happen to be only ones on tour that day and it was terrific as we could move at our own pace which was fast, which we then got prime spots at various locations. Thoroughly enjoyed

Our tour guide was amazing! He was punctual, VERY knowledgeable (original ‘Londoner’), and loved sharing fun and interesting tidbits of info on the city he loves so very much. He is a younger guy that dressed professionally and was very fun and personable.
