Explore the life, works and tales of Glasgow's most famous designer, architect and artist at 10am on Saturdays in summer. Join us as we wander the streets of Mackintosh's home city to experience and witness his lasting legacy. We'll take a deeper look at his life, marriage, influences and incredible expertise; visiting some of his most famous works that still stand to this day, his first married home, and some lesser known treasures along the way. The tour will last 2 hours, including a stop at the world famous, Mackintosh designed Lighthouse museum, the former Daily Record building, Mackintosh's first married home and more! You'll finish up at Mackintosh at the Willow tearooms, with tickets including entry into the incredible exhibition.

Our guide, Tommy’s, knowledge and enthusiasm for all things Mackintosh resulted in a very enjoyable stroll through the streets and alleys of Glasgow. He brought the Mackintoshs to life and gave me a real appreciation of their exceptional skills. I strongly recommend this tour

What a great tour. It was very informative and entertaining. Charles Rennie Mackentosh is an important figure to consider when visiting Glasgow. With that comes part of Glasgow's history. Very interesting how Mrs. Cranston opened the first tearooms and what that meant for society. Advance reservations are highly recommended to have tea at Mackintosh at the Willow, where the tour ends.

Tommy was a personable & passionate guide to all things Mackintosh in Glasgow. We not only learned about Charles Rennie Mackintosh & his (true partner) Margaret . . . but also Catherine Cranston and others as we walked the lovely & lively streets of Glasgow.
