Is this a walking brew tour with a side of ghosts or a ghost tour with a side of brews?? While guests will have to decide that for themselves, we can tell you this is not an average "sit there and shut up " tour, but rather an opportunity to engage back and forth with a local Charlestonian. As a combined bar and ghost tour guests will visit two different bars where complimentary appetizer will be served at the first location and the guide will provide drink recommendations. As part of the tour guests will also walk by and receive ghost stories near local graveyards and alleyways, some of which are over 200 years old. The tour will wind down at a hauntingly beautiful local park where one of the first female serial killers was hung. Don't stick around too long after the tour or you may end up a ghost yourself! (Please note we do not enter the graveyards.)

Best tour ever! Great combination of history, fun and entertainment. Captain Bryan was great, engaging, humorous and a true historian. Charleston is beautiful at night. And the 100+ year old taverns were so cool!!! We all really enjoyed it. Thanks Captain Bryan for a wonderful evening!!!

Captain Bryan is an excellent tour guide! This was our second time on the tour because the first time was so much fun. 10/10 recommend the Boo Hag and Brews tour. Captain Bryan is super knowledgeable and an amazing story teller. He knows the local history so well and does a great job educating during this tour. We will definitely do another tour with Captain Bryan.
