Our tour guide was amazing! There is so much history in Charleston. We learned so much and enjoyed the comfortable, climate controlled coach.

We had a great time on the tour with our tour-guide Valerie. She was knowledgeable of the area and the homes, landmarks, and history of the city. She also appreciate preserving the heritage of Charleston. The tour lasted 90 minutes and covered the historic areas of the downtown. Because the streets are narrow, and it’s a timed tour, we didn’t stop anywhere for photos. But she did point out several places to go back and visit. It’s definitely a way to see lots of places, like churches, the river, the public market, and more so you can visit later. I would recommend this tour, it left from the visitors center, the small bus was very clean and comfortable, and Valerie was a southern treasure as a guide.

Enjoyed our bus tour. Very knowledgeable tour guide who delivered facts, stories and more about Charleston. Take a tour your first day so you learn about neighborhoods and landmarks and can revisit them on your own.
