  • Please note: Routes are chosen prior to departure on the date of travel. This is determined by a City of Charleston Tourism official and is out of the control of the local operator and we are unable to guarantee times.
  • Please select quantity ONE (1) at checkout to reserve one private carriage. Each carriage can accomodate 1-4 people. Price displayed is per carriage.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The private carriage ride was perfect for my wife and me. We loved learning more about the history and architecture of Charleston. Carriage cart was comfortable and the driver was great!

We did a private carriage ride and it was wonderful! Daniel was our guide—he really knows his town and was funny too! My mom has some mobility issues but the whole team made sure she could get into and out of the carriage. I highly recommend this tour group!!

Great introduction to the city of Charleston. Packed with information and history, but at a relaxed and enjoyable pace. Our guide Tim was very knowledgeable and welcoming throughout the tour. Time well spent.
