Booked a tour for almost $200 and the tour company never contacted us, responded, nor picked us up. If I am not provided a service then what am I paying for? No news about a refund. Viator says it is “investigating”. Fake company! Viator needs to do better.

I have yet to receive the refund that was promised and that shows up as approved on the Viator platform more than a month ago. This was because the tour operator simply did not show up, and was uncontactable.
