The trolley driver was very knowledgeable of his history; yet, the train ride was very short, and you can’t hear what the conductor is saying over the intercom for all the inconsiderate people talking. Was told a lot of famous people have done the train tour but it only lasted about 20 minutes on the train itself. Personally I wouldn’t do the short train tour again. Was told they have 3-8 hour long train rides that might be more enjoyable.

I was disappointed that we found out that one of the air conditioners was broken after we got on. It was a very hot day and it was uncomfortable especially on the ride back. Craig was great and very knowledgeable but the women on board (wife maybe) used starter fluid to clean a window right before we left. The fumes were terrible and gave us all a headache. There was nothing we could do and her attitude about the incident was inexcusable. She laughed and acted like she had no remorse at all about the situation. Poor Craig tried several times to tone her down - but it did not work. We were all hot - but she proceeds to take off her shoes and spread out as if she was on a lounge chair and spray her entire body with a water misting bottle (at least 3 or 4 times) . It was just a bad look. It is understandable that things happen but the cost of this trip was a lot and I unfortunately was disappointed. There should have been an option to reschedule for another day or refund if the air was not working.

Even though it states no refunds,its a shame that they do not take into consideration that things happen that were not expected.
