You will first speak to your pilot before you fly to get all the questions out of the way. Your Flight will start out of the Helipad . Although this tour is a very quick flight it's also very refreshing for the passengers who are not sure if they will enjoy our helicopter ride. Once your helicopter takes off you will explore the east / South side of Chattanooga area as you see the downtown off in the distance. You will see the base of lookout mountain , and the downtown area out in the distance .

We were nervous about flying in a helicopter since this was a first time experience for both of us, but we definitely enjoyed it. They have 6 different tour options and we got the intro tour. Check in was seamless and overall it was well worth the price we paid. The guys on site are great customer service was on point, highly recommend booking your tour as well.

I booked the trip online then called the company to confirm my reservation and it was confirmed then the day of I called again to confirm and they told me they were canceling because they were closed that day and I told them it was for my wife’s birthday and they told me they would reschedule and give us a longer flight .. So we rescheduled then the day of the flight they told me I didn’t even have a reservation I even had to give my booking number then was told no one updated my info and they would let me reschedule again or get a refund obviously I took the refund which iv still not gotten .. Don’t waste your time here look elsewhere!
