After a private tour of the property and an explanation of the work in the vineyard and the winemaking process, we offer a tasting of 4 cuvées from the Château in red and white, paired with 4 cheeses refined by the Blacé cheesemaker. Our host was terrific and the Chateau and vineyards were gorgeous. Nice cheese pairings as well. Not to be missed.

The Chateau is beautiful and the wine and cheese were SO good! Analise was a good tour guide as well.
