That morning cooking course at Galangal has really been a wonderful experience : getting around in the local fresh market after the selection of the dishes we wanted to prepare, fantastic and competent explanations from New, fun during the preparation of the dishes, with good humour from New whose mastering of English is wonderful, and a lot of advices, testing, correcting what we were doing. Good organization, clean place, very clear instructions. Each of us prepared one curry paste and 5 recipes. Everything was wonderfully delicious. As we could not eat everything, New provided us with adhoc containers to take away what was left, which provided for the evening meal. A wonderful experience which we can only heartily recommend : fun + useful cooking experience to take away home. Thanks to New for the good time during the course. Thanks Galangal. The instructors where so friendly and patient and nice ! The food was delicious !! We learned a lot about Thai food and the ingredients.
