Driver was easy to spot and very courteous. Car was spotless and comfortable. We are using the same driver to take us to the airport

Very punctual and nice driver. Driver even helped us carry the luggage. Highly recommended for family or friends with lots of luggage. The car is comfortable, with lots of leg room space and also luggage space. The driver also allowed us to have some simple food inside his car. Though the distance of Chiang Mai airport from the city is not far, but we have a very a nice and enjoyable ride.

We booked this transfer separate to our tour thorough Expedia. We have used I Asia group throughout our tour and they have been superb and professional. The guide was at the airport right at the exit gate. She helped with our luggage and walked us to our car. The car is spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Clean and comfortable. Fast response from customer support team to answer any queries so that was excellent.
