We hired Nicky for a day, starting at 9 am, supposed to end at 6 pm, but we wound up going back to hotel at 6:30 pm. He clearly did more than he bargained for and gave us great local knowledge and multiple ideas to make everything fun. We toured all over the Chiang Mai area. Next time, we can go further out to Golden Triangle. We liked him so much we bought him lunch and gave him a good tip as he was not charging enough.
