Learn the traditional art of Muay Thai. Learn and practice techniques under the guidance of our experienced trainers. Learn along side Chiang Mai Stadium Champions. We provide gloves, hand wraps, hand towels and water. Price includes pick up and drop off from your hotel or airport, Muay Thai class and lunch. All ages and skill levels are welcome.

We pick up from any hotel in Chiang Mai. The Muay Thai session starts at 10:30am. Our driver will pick you up at the latest 9;30am. Once you have booked your tour, we will contact you to confirm pick up details

What an amazing place! I was there for 6 weeks and Loved every minute of being there! Going there completely new to mauy Thai I was a bit nervous but everybody there was amazing the trainers are all top class and will ease you in and show you exactly what is what at your own pace. It’s a great atmosphere and you meet great people. The aparatments are great loads of space couldn’t ask for more. The food is absolutely amazing and all the staff cannot do enough for you! If you’re looking to get fit, reset yourself or learn a new skill then I highly recommend this place and will be back next year!

I had a fantastic stay at Gym Bangarang on the fitness boot camp. I stayed for just under 4 weeks and lost about 8kgs, leaving noticeably fitter and slimmer. The boot camp programme offers great variety so you never get bored. The trainers are knowledgable, friendly and always provide the motivation you need to train hard. The staff throughout the gym are an absolute dream and always looking to accommodate whatever you need. The villas are clean, comfortable and spacious too. The food was excellent too and I never went hungry. I can't recommend Gym Bangarang highly enough and would love to return.
