Wir hatten am 22.02.23 in Chiang Mai die "Wat Umong & Doi Suthep" Abend Tour gebucht. Unser Guide hieß Somyot Channa. Herr Channa war sehr nett und freundlich ABER: sein Englisch war so unfassbar schlecht, dass wir kein einziges Wort verstanden haben. Er hätte genauso gut Thai sprechen können. Somit haben wir während dieser Tour rein gar nichts gelernt/ erfahren. Wir hätten genauso gut die Tour alleine, ohne Guide und viel günstiger unternehmen können. Auf unsere Anfrage, unser Geld zurück erstattet zu bekommen, erhielten wir keine Antwort.

I did this activity with Koi Koi and she has been the best tour guide i had so far in Thailand. Her English was clear and communication was effective. Very well organised tour. Highly recommended it
