Pizza, Tiramisù & Chiant Travelers with a passion for Italian food delve into Florence's culinary scene during this Pizza and Tiramisu experience. Reception with welcome drink and snacks of local products with a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills with an enchanting glimpse of Barberino Val D'Elsa ; Meeting with our chef who will guide you, step by step, in the preparation of Pizza and Tiramisu. After learning the history of pizza and Tiramisu, you will recreate the iconic Italian dishes yourself. Once the pizza dough has been prepared, you will add your favorite toppings to choose from among the fresh and seasonal products selected by us. Then we will move on, during the cooking of our pizzas, to the preparation of Tiramisu. And now everyone at the table! Of course, after you are done cooking, you can sit back and relax as we serve your culinary creations with wine pairings from the local vineyards.

We had a really lovely time! The owner is very accommodating and the restaurant is beautiful. Amazing views and is super clean. We had four in our group, there was another group of four. It was odd that we all took turns making the pizza dough and tiramisu. I think it would have been much better to have our own set of ingredients per couple. Many of us were standing around and watching each person take turns making their dough. Also, the dough was all put into one container, it would have been nice to have been able to know that the pizza I was eating was the actual dough I made. Otherwise, it was an outstanding experience.

Sono stato con i miei amici alla scuola di cucina SiChef, e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative. Questo corso di pizza e tiramisù immerso nel Chianti è stato un'esperienza indimenticabile! L'ambiente delle colline toscane è semplicemente il luogo perfetto per imparare a cucinare la pizza e gustare un tiramisù fatto in casa con le nostre mani. Il maestro pizzaiolo è stato un vero artista e ha trasmesso la sua passione e la sua conoscenza in modo chiaro e divertente. Abbiamo imparato molte tecniche diverse e abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di sperimentare con diversi ingredienti. Il cibo che abbiamo preparato era semplicemente delizioso e abbiamo apprezzato ogni momento del corso. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque ami la pizza o sia semplicemente interessato a imparare a cucinare. Grazie per questa fantastica, SiChef!

We highly recommend the class. It was a fantastic experience with Chef Julio. The process was explained well and the pizza and tiramisu was delicious.
