Is geannuleerd onder de noemer dat wij het zelf geannuleerde hadden. Was al geannuleerd toen wij nog in Nederland waren. Toen wij belde waar de gids bleef: antwoord apparaat. Na halfuur nogmaals gebeld: toen kregen wij de melding geannuleerd. Klopt weinig van. Wij hadden ook al betaald. Kregen op de dag van de tour de melding dat de terugbetaling 3-5 werkdagen zou duren. Het geld had er dus al moeten zijn als wij 2 september geannuleerd zouden hebben. Weinig professioneel.

Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. You could really see his love for the city and what he does. Great balance of landmarks and unique places off the beaten path. Would definitely recommend!
