We showed up at the meeting spot in light drizzle, very excited to hear about the haunted spots in the city. Around 7pm I called, only to be told the tour guide wasn’t coming! I asked when the company had planned to notify me? No apology. They told me I had to contact Viator for a refund. Being “ghosted” by the ghost city tour guide!! ..was my memorable experience of this activity!! Extremely disappointed and the company’s behavior was unacceptable! I couldn’t recommend Ghost Tours to anyone else. This experience truly ruined the evening for me and family. We walked around Millennium Pk ourselves and tried to make the best of things but come on, is this a way to run things?

the tour guide filled the time perfectly, there was never a moment of awkward silence or a time where we felt lost or out of place. the route was beautiful as well, there was some confusion about millennium Park, I think one of the exits was closed, but the tour guide just brought us a different way once we found out which had pretty nice views anyways. there was one time the tour guide forgot the name of someone but other than that the stories were flawlessly told and pretty interesting. probably going back with family when they come to visit
