  • One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The Limo driver, Tharrin, was kind, courteous & friendly. He picked me up in a large SUV & the ride was very quiet and smooth. He was easy to talk to and gave me suggestions of places to visit during my stay. Very happy with the transportation service booked through Viator & provided by Carmel Limo in Chicago.

My experience was great. I received updates all along the way. It was easy to locate my driver as I received specific instructions about where to meet him and license plate information. Great experience!
