The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Due to snow and delay, they could not sent us a driver out after the snow fell. Had to find a ride to our hotel after contacting three different times and being placed on hold. Refund pending.

45 mn late. Not the end of the world but we could have just used a cab waiting at the airport.
The driver was nice- sweet but the reason we prepay and plan ahead should be accommodating to the traveler- if a previous ride was running late, the company should have sent a different car/driver to be on time.

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative.
