It was so worth it to book dinner at the Skydeck. We were 1 of 3 couples that evening. We had the entire floor to ourselves to enjoy the views. Dinner from Giordano's was delish.

Arrivati sul posto, siamo stati avviciati da un uomo della sicurezza che con stupore leggeva il nostro voucher evidentemente non era a conoscenza dell'evento.... informatosi telefonicamente provvedeva ad effettuare i controlli di sicureza per poi farci accomodare su un divano. Dopo circa 20 minuti di assoluto silenzio abbiamo chiesto alla guardia che nel frattempo aveva preso servizio al posto di colui che aveva già fatto i controlli che ci diceva di andare al 33esimo piano della torre, giunti al piano il silenzio più totale ! nessuna persona presente !!! Torniamo al piano terra, troviamo una persona, chiediamo informazioni e finalmente ci accompagna al 103esimo piano.......buio totale - freddo polare e un solo tavolino con sopra un tovagliolo e 2 posate !!! Chiediamo cortesemente di spegnere i condizionatori e ci accontentano, aspettavamo di vedere un cameriere ma con stupore la persona (un operaio con abiti da lavoro gentilissimo) che ci aveva accompagnato ci porta una pizza, due insalate come da programma.....Che dire ? UNA DELUSIONE TOTALE !!!! PAGATO UN PREZZO ESORBITANTE !!! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO !!!! Patrizio

We did the lunch on the Skydeck on the 99th floor last month. The views were phenomenal, and it was great to be one of just a few people to be able to eat lunch and walk around that floor. The biggest issue was the A/C was clearly not functioning (or not turned on) that day. It was very stuffy and had to be at least in the low 80s on that floor. Both our party and the other guests found ourselves leaving the great views on the private 99th floor early to get some relief temperature-wise on the crowded 103rd floor. It was nice that the package included VIP access to the Ledge photos. The pizza and salad were both served room temperature, and there was no dressing for the salad (one of three courses). As the title says, overall I would say the experience was OK but it should have and could have been so much better!
