El tour inicio muy temprano y fueron muy cumplidos. Se disfruto mucho durante el plan, lástima que nos llovió. Nos falto el tequila para disgustar.

If I could give this a 3.5 rating, I would. Overall it was a pretty good value: the air conditioned bus was comfortable and clean, the tour guide and bus driver were friendly, and individual experiences (Cenote & Chichen Itza) were great. However, I'd like to highlight a couple of things for any future participants so they're aware ahead of time and know to clarify with the tour company: -We did not get breakfast. While my group got the VIP package which included hotel pick up at 5:30am, we did not receive breakfast and instead were allowed to buy snacks at the gas station while the non-VIP members were getting picked up from there as a meeting spot. - Our first stop was Valladolid. I was excited to arrive but we got there before there were even vendors set up and with the limited time to spend there (we were given 20 minutes) we got to look at the church there and walk the square. -To our surprise, our next stop was the cenote at Chichikan for the lunch buffet and cenote swim. First, I was surprised because of the time; we arrived to Chichikan before 10am without a proper breakfast and were now having lunch. This also made clear that we'd be going to Chichen Itza at a later time (which means significantly hotter and a longer time before our next meal would be available). The lunch at Chichikan was good and the cenote experience was great. This is also where the free tequila tasting was. There are also souvenirs to purchase here but they are significantly marked up as compared to vendors at Chichen Itza. While it's great to support the artisan work of this indigenous community, it's still good to be aware of this when making your purchases. -When we arrived at Chichen Itza, we were led through by a great tour guide from the site for a full 2 hour tour of the main sections. After the tour ended, we had 20 minutes to wander before having to meet back with our tour guide to return to the bus. This left us again in a rush to see anything else we could at the site or perusing the vendors (which are willing to offer good deals on their wares). At this point we were relieved to be back on the air conditioned bus and our driver did a great job of getting us back to the hotel zone quickly. Again, it was overall a good experience that left me with some disappointments. I now understand that there may be differing offerings or adjustments to itineraries, but since our confirmation included the (see pic) example, we expected something similar to that. If I had to do it over, I'd confirm the itinerary with the company beforehand to make sure we're getting what we expected.

Juam was a good guide and Eduardo was a great driver. Tour was great, definitely coming back! The food from the buffet at the senote was delicious.
