早上集合後到等待上車的時間約計1小時有點長，其他旅遊的行程都很順利。另外，隨車人員以熱情與幽默的方式解說旅遊行程，增添歡愉的氣氛。但是參觀原住民社區的行程感覺是商業化的配套，是唯一覺得可以取消，以增加在Valladolid殖民城市停留的時間。

SCAM! FRAUD! WTF! We've been waiting for over 60 minutes now and so far they are a no show! The phone # given for Viva Cancún Tours & Travel and Viatour is out of service... We're on vacation and this is a tour that we were so excited about. Now we have to deal with this mess while on vacation. DO NOT BUY! We requested a full refund hoping that Trip Advisor will honour and hopefully make up for our loss of time and planning. This seems Fraudulent!

Las actividades son muy buenas, fue increíble poder conocer Chichen Itza y el cenote. El pueblo maya no me encantó pero al menos ayuda que ahi mismo es la comida y una parada al baño. Pero desafortunadamente esta parada toma mas tiempo del que debería haciendo que todo el resto del día se sienta a las prisas. Sigo sin entender porque te cobran las entradas mas caras de lo que realmente son. Como ciudadanos mexicanos el boleto deberia costar 600 pesos mexicanos aproximadamente, pero nos cobraron 1050 de entradas y no me permitieron hacer valida mi promoción por ser persona con discapacidad. Fue un buen tour en general pero faltan cosas para ser un tour de 5 estrellas
