Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen

Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at Super Aki market main gate over in federal avenue

The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

agradeço muito pela experiencia,recomendo com toda certeza,eu cometi um erro no preenchimento do nome do hotel,e mesmo assim,me deram toda atenção,e não cobraram pelo meu erro,foram buscar no outro hotel cerca de 12 k de distância ...muito satisfeita

Es una excursión muy mal planeada, nos citaron a las 7 y salimos 1 hora y media después, pasamos mucho tiempo en un lugar de ventas y todo eso hizo que el viaje y lo importante fuera una visita muy corta, el guía fue maravilloso, pero el resto del personal fue grocero, irrespetuoso y burlón, incluso cuando les dije de la hora de salida me dijeron que si me quejaba por aquí ellos controlan que publicar y que no. Fue un viaje muy caro y que no valió la pena

Our experience was a bad one ! We were rush the entire time and we spend more time traveling to places to change transportation and pick up more people. We got pick up 7:30am and drop off at 11.45pm We spent 1:30 min in Chichén Itzá, 20min in the Cenote and 20 and Valladolid!! The places are amazing we just wish we had more time to experience it !!
