Transportation provided in this activity is "shared." Meaning that each hotel has an assigned time and place for your pickup.

If you are in ISLA MUJERES or COZUMEL, consider that, to be collected, you will need to cross and reach the provided meeting point. We don't do pickups on these islands.

Our buses have a seating capacity of up to 63 passengers. Please be aware that we do not always travel at full capacity, ensuring a comfortable experience for everyone on board.
Backpacks are not allowed inside Chichen Itza by official regulations of the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH in Spanish).
We will refuse access to the activity on signs of intoxication. Booking will be canceled with no right to refund.
Minimum drinking age is 18 years.
Children under four years old and with a maximum height of 100 cm, not using a seat, have free entrance.
For Tulum Customers: If your location is outside of downtown Tulum, please note that our designated meeting point is the "Super Aki Supermarket." You are responsible for arranging your transportation to reach this meeting point.
Please take care of your belongings during the tour. We are not responsible for items left behind on our vehicles or at our facilities. If you recover a lost item, there will be a fee of 500 to 700 Mexican Pesos to cover delivery to your hotel in Cancún. For other locations, you will need to pick up your items at our office. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping your belongings safe.
If you’ve been assigned a meeting point, please ensure you arrange your own transportation to arrive at the designated location. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

My wife and I had and amazing time! Our primary guide, Carlos, was super informative and entertained us throughout the journey. Chichen Itza was incredible, and we loved every moment. After the pyramid tour, we visited the Cenote, which was also a fantastic experience. The town of Valladolid was charming, and the sport where we dropped off was relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to experience the local culture and have a memorable adventure.

Great experience we can’t said nothing bad great costumer services, we have a lot of fun Noritas birthday was the best driver,tourist guide plus the bartender they was excelente my family had a bless time and my mom got a cake and everyone in the bus enjoyed the trip. I recommended. I give 10 starts for the excelent Job Excelente experiencia muy buen servicio al cliente desde el conductor, el guía de turismos y el preparador de la comidas y bebidas fueron excelente my atentos no podemos decir nada malo el cumpleaños de norita fue muy bendecido mi madre comió bizcocho y todos los que estaban en el tour disfrutaron de el y de la experiencia. I've always wanted to see Chichen Itza, and it did not disappoint. Carlos, our guide, did and amazing job of sharing his knowledge and looking after all of the visitors. Santiago was a fantastic driver, handling the changing weather conditions with ease. Swimming in the cenote Xcajum was a highlight, even though, it wasn't something I initially planned to do. Totally worth it! Tourballoon Travel Experiences kept me well informed before the trip, ensuring I was prepared for the day. Thanks for helping me check something off my bucket list. I had the best day ever!
