Transportation provided in this activity is "shared." Meaning that each hotel has an assigned time and place for your pickup.

Our pickups cover MOST OF THE HOTELS in Cancun downtown, the Cancun Hotel zone, and Riviera Maya. AirBnB's or other addresses, we will provide you with the nearest MEETING POINT to your location.

If you are in ISLA MUJERES or COZUMEL, consider that, to be collected, you will need to cross and reach the provided meeting point. We don't do pickups on these islands.

If you were provided with a meeting point, you are responsible for finding the appropriate transportation to reach the specified meeting point. Thank you for your understanding.

As this is a shared tour, please be aware that in some cases, we will assign you a meeting point. This will shorten the time you spend at our operation and allow us to take our main route to the first destination on our itinerary more quickly.

We booked this incredible fullday tour with Tourballoon Travel, which included two cenotes. We saw this option and didn't pass it up. Chichen Itza is a completely different experience when you have an expert guide who explains tee meaning of the carved hieroglyphs into the rocks of the ruins. The main pyramid is mystically imposing. The staff had our backs covered all the time and each cenote was a wonderful surprise. We absolutely loved it... super duper! Pro tip: Bring your ID orr a copy, we had a quick immigration check on the way to Chichen Itza.

Our all day tour to Chichen Itza, which included two cenotes, was excellent! This was the second activity we took in Cancun. The difference in service is noticeable. This company takes care of you the entire time, from the pickup to the dropoff. All fees are included. To be a shared experience the amount of people in the group was reasonable. Visiting the archaeological site was the highlight of the trip. The guides (Lilly and Miguel) were a key part, they kept us animated with their stories and the customer service host (Maru), are highly qualified. We loved that this tour included two cenotes; bot are very unique. A great experience for culture and history seekers. Highly recommended!

We were a party of 10, even when we were staying in different hotels in Cancun the company made possible for us to be all together in the same bus. This full day tour to Chichen Itza with Cenote Ikkil and Suytun was the bomb! Along with the staff working hard to kept us informed and entertained during the bus ride, in the walk at the ruins and even bringing us some bottled water to the cenote. Two is better than one, cenote! Fantastic tour opportunity from Tourballoon Travel to meet the best from Yucatan in a single trip!
