During the visit, clients will be able to analyze and taste each of the grapes directly from the vines and identify the differences in their acidity, sweetness, maturity time, harvest time, among other aspects, which will make their visit unique, since The whole process will be explained to them from the time the grapes are harvested until the wine is bottled. Then they will go through the winery where each of the stages of the production process will be explained to them, from the crushing of the grapes, to the fermentation process and later filtering and bottling. After this we will taste the following wines: Encierra Vineyard Reserve, Encierra Carmenere and Rosé Our product is private and is marketed through a registered trademark. The visit lasts around 1 hour and the main reason why you should book with us is because you will have the experience of being in a boutique vineyard, attended by its own owners and tasting each of the wines we produce.

    You will visit the winery where we will tell you the history of the vineyard and its ancestors with details that you will never forget. We will tour the vineyards, you will learn about the vines, their differences and then you will taste the wines made from them. Finally, you will visit the family chapel where the ashes of the founder rest.

I had an excellent tour with Ine's. She is very knowledgeable about the wines and has sincere appreciation for the history. The winery is beautiful and the setting for the tasting is even better. I visited 17 different wineries in Colchagua valley and this one is easily in the top three. Ine's is the best!

This is a lovely boutique winery outside Santa Cruz. The setting is wonderful and the wines were excellent. The vineyards are mature but the winery is relatively new and was such a wonderful experience. Ines gave us the tour as a little history of the vineyards and winery before the very enjoyable tasting.

He tenido la suerte de poder repetir mi visita a Viña Encierra, y Ha sido un gusto descubrir las bondades de esta viña de la mano de Inés, su jefa de turismo. Primero, tomé el tour Picnic donde disfrutamos del área del Quincho con una deliciosa variedad de sándwiches, pasteles y frutas, acompañados de un exquisito rosé que luego me llevé a casa. Desde allí se puede observar la viña y su esplendor desde las alturas. Fue una muy grata experiencia que viví junto a mis amigas. Y luego, en una segunda visita, pude realizar la degustación Ícono y probar la variedad de vinos de primer nivel junto a su vino ícono llamado Porel que me sorprendió con su calidad y el buen precio que puedes encontrar en la sala de ventas. Además quisiera agregar que desde que uno entra a la viña ya es todo un espectáculo, sus paisajes son de lujo, de las más lindas entradas del Valle de Colchagua y qué decir del profesionalismo de Inés Patrón que con su excelente trato y conocimiento nos deslumbró cada tarde. ¡Sin duda volveré!
