We only had half a day in the city and wanted to see some of the key sights before leaving - very happy that we booked with Huaso.
We emailed Huaso with questions before booking, because we needed to see if we could start the tour later in the afternoon. Huaso was very responsive, getting back to me in less than 24h with a positive response.
Communication after I booked the tour was also fantastic. About 3 days before our tour, Patricio reached out via WhatsApp to confirm the date, time and place of pickup.
On the morning of the tour, Patricio sent a WhatsApp again, confirming the name of our guide (Sebastian) and driver (Daniel). We were running late so we really appreciated Patricio reaching out, so we could request to start our tour 15 min later.
Our tour with Sebastian went wonderfully. We got to see many sights, complete with interesting commentary. Sebastian was very funny and high energy, which was perfect as we had just landed and were quite jetlagged! He also helped us to take a ton of photos, which was perfect as a memory and keepsake.
Daniel was a great driver and we felt very safe at all times.
Overall this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Huaso. Communication was excellent from start to end. The tour itself was interesting and good fun. It's a great way to see the city if you are short on time!
