Passengers who hire the service are expertly requested NOT to GIVE INFORMATION TO ANY PERSON WHO APPROACHES.

Transport did not show. Then entered into an elaborate scam with a couple of taxi drivers who claimed to ring the company & which I did speak to someone from the “company” who said it was too late to send a taxi & my fee would be refunded & I would be ok with the current taxi operators The taxi ride cost me $75 double usual fee & my passport missing from bag. Hence now stuck in Santiago pending emergency passport For any future travellers particularly if female & alone. Do not accept any ride from any taxi unless meter is running. Only use the accredited service as you leave immigration before arrival hall. Guard your possessions of which I thought I was good at & don’t be distracted Potentially this has ruined my holiday as I was on my way to Antartica, now will most likely miss the boat

Our driver was RIGHT where the text said he would be! No searching the signs, reading names...being hustled for business. We were collected, had vehicle to ourselves, and off we went. For the price and ease and paid by credit card ahead of time, with the protection of Trip Advisor...no brainer!
