During the visit, clients will be able to analyze and taste each of the grapes directly from the vines and identify the differences in their acidity, sweetness, maturity time, harvest time, among other aspects, which will make their visit unique, since The whole process will be explained to them from the time the grapes are harvested until the wine is bottled. Then they will go through the winery where each of the stages of the production process will be explained to them, from the crushing of the grapes, to the fermentation, filtering and bottling process. Then in the tasting you will taste our wine Encierra Vineyard Reserve, Encierra Carmenere, Rosé and our Icono Porel wine Our product is private and is marketed through a registered trademark. The visit lasts around 1 hour and the main reason why you should book with us is because you will have the experience of being in a boutique vineyard, attended by its own owners and tasting each of the wines we produce.

    You will visit the winery where we will tell you the history of the vineyard and its ancestors with details that you will never forget. We will tour the vineyards, you will learn about the vines, their differences and then you will taste the wines made from them. Finally, you will visit the family chapel where the ashes of the founder rest.

This is an exceptional vineyard with delicious wines and a great place to visit we did the vineyard tour, the picking of the grapes and pressing the juice from the grapes. after a nice tasting of several wines we had a BBQ in the vineyards Ines was our host for that day and is a superb person!
