Even if the guide tried his very best to make it a pleasant tour the trip was not worth it. The guide's English was quite rusty so we used google translator to understand what was asked in English. So we decided to stop the tour one hour earlier as schedueld so we could enjoy the rest of the tour on our own.

There is simply no show. They supposed to pick me up from the hotel, but never came. No one answer the phone either. Viator could not help because they didn’t answer calls. I requested refund and are still waiting.

nice trip, very informative, the guide was very friendly and informative, gave us a lot of facts and trivia about Santiago. Would recommend if this is your first visit
