Não pude ter a experiência, contratei passeio para as 8h, por volta das 20h do dia anterior recebi mensagem avisando que me pegariam às 7:05h no hotel, só pude responder a mensagem quando já eram mais 23h, informei que não conseguiríamos estar prontos às 7:05h, mas não responderam e o motorista passou no hotel às 7:15, não houve solução por parte da agência de turismo, dispensamos o motorista e não obtive mais nenhuma informação da agência de turismo.

Overall great way to experience the Chilean coast on a tight timeline and budget. Because the van couldn’t park in one place very long in Valparaiso (tight streets), we got on and off the van a lot. Would’ve preferred a longer walking tour instead. The Flower Clock in Vina Del Mar wasn’t very interesting. I much preferred seeing the authentic moai from Easter Island. Lunch was in a nice spot that had great views and good food but on the pricier side for a lunch. Our guide was great and managed leading the tour in Spanish and English quite well. Comfortable, air-conditioned van. Pickup was very early for us because we stayed in Vitacura.
