Although the website stated that this tour began at 13:30 we were not collected until 15:00. We then drove 40 minutes to the vineyard, arriving at 15:45 where we were given wristbands to join the tour which started at 16:30. The tour itself was hosted by the vineyard staff. The vineyard tour lasted approximately an hour and a half and included three wine tastings. There were approximately 27 people on tour. We were then driven home and dropped off at around 19:15. Overall this tour was worth the money paid but not as described on the website.

Booked an English tour with 8 persons at1.30. We were a party of 5. Our Driver arrived at 2 in a tight fitting bus with 5 others in the bus who were Brazilian. When we arrived at 3.15 the Brazilian group were give. 4.15 tour in Portuguese we had to wait until 4.30 so we had to wait more than an hour for our tour. Our driver arranged a 6 o’clock departure and we only finished at 5.45. We therefore hit traffic and didn’t arrive back in Santiago until 7.30 missing dinner reservations.
