The land of water and fire. The heat generated by the active volcanoes of the region warms the underground waters. In contrast with the freezing temperatures of the surface, generous amounts of water vapor are produced. The result is a true spectacle of nature. A geothermical field with hundreds of geysers whose eruption throws bolling water and vapor to about 10 meters high. We arrive to the region before sun rise, reason why the temperatures could reach -20ºC, besides the fact that we will be at over 4.000 meters above sea level. That is why we recommend a night of full rest the day before and very warm clothes.

Il tour e I geyser sono belli e interessanti. C’è anche una buona spiegazione e loro sono carini (con quell’incasso su 15 persone chi non lo sarebbe?). Si tratta tuttavia sostanzialmente di un servizio di navetta condito con qualcos’altro per un costo esorbitante. Se avete macchina assolutamente da fare da soli anche se la strada può essere un po’ impegnativa. è probabilmente vero che è meglio andare appena prima del sorgere del sole ma sarebbe da capire la reale differenza. Potrebbe essere una scusa per disincentivare gli autonomi a viaggiare al buio sullo sterrato. Io ero in moto e con quel freddo e buio non avevo scelta. Sono contento di averli visti comunque, quando sei arrivato fino a lì non ha senso non andare.
